Shriyo Ventures Sdn Bhd
Shriyo Ventures Sdn Bhd (previously known as Shriro Properties (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd) is a subsidiary of Shriyo Marketing Sdn. Bhd. The company was first established in Malaysia by the Shriro family in 1946 and incorporated in 1957 under the Companies Act 1965. Throughout its long history, it has evolved according to the different businesses it was involved in, including several years known as Shriro Paper Sdn. Bhd.
Our latest name, Shriyo Ventures (with effect from February 2024) reflects the company’s ambition and vision to explore new and exciting businesses for in adapting to the ever-changing modern lifestyle.
Shriyo Ventures is now staffed with a young and energetic workforce who are abreast with the latest marketing and communications skills-sets including that of social media and artificial intelligence tools.
Our current business focus is on making available to all Malaysians convenient products for our modern lifestyle as well as for our safety & emergency. Our initial products offerings include Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and ready-to-eat products. We will also aspire to explore robotics and agricultural modernization in due course.
We believe in long-term partnerships with our principals, resellers and customers to achieve sustainable growth in Malaysia and beyond.
Distribution Network
We are currently building our distribution network with a focus on strategic partnerships that align with our target market. We are expanding our distribution network through strategic partnerships that align with our target market. Our MDA-approved AEDs are ideal for placement in public areas such as office buildings, parks, and other high-traffic locations. At present, our products are available at selected retail outlets, and we are actively working to expand our reach through collaborations with co-operatives, GLC-linked co-ops, and other relevant retail channels. As we continue to grow, our aim is to ensure better accessibility and availability of our offerings across Malaysia.

Our journey began with the Shriro family, and over the decades, we have evolved alongside the needs of the nation—diversifying and transforming to stay ahead in a changing world. In February 2024, we rebranded as Shriyo Ventures, a name that reflects our ambition to pursue innovative, future-focused business ventures that meet the demands of today’s fast-paced lifestyle.

Shriyo has strived in Malaysia for over 75 years, and has been through many turbulent, including the 1998 financial crisis, the 2020 pandemic and various other external challenges. We strongly believe that the survival was based on the dedication, sacrifices and perseverance of our employees. Shriyo will continue to progress in Malaysia for many more years to come, together with our dedicated staff.
Logistics
Shriyo has a solid distribution network ranging from supermarkets, hypermarkets, pharmacies, hardware shops, convenience stores, petrol kiosks to automotive workshops and wholesalers.Over the years, we have not only established strong networks but also built solid working relationships with our logistics partners. Today, Shriyo products are delivered to, and can be found extensively across the country.Our main warehouse is located in Shah Alam, Malaysia with over 45,000 sqft of floor space and our chain of transporters, forwarders and clearance houses work closely with us to ensure efficient importation, storage and deliveries to our customers across the nation.
